OBJECTIVE: Enhancing the way customers interact with services in hotel rooms. The hotel want to make sure that they provide the best guest journey from booking to departure, utilize advanced technology to create a voice controlled experience. The solution is a voice-recognition system that lives in the cloud, and can be accessed through various endpoints. Alexa can interpret a user's commands and turn them into actionable items. The implementation was very successful. After 3 months of testing, the results were overwhelming with positive feedback from the guests and usage data from the deployed devices.
